Great effort from the Kiwi'sThe circuit Internacional Paladino saw hot conditions today reaching temperatures of 32 degrees. Today all drivers had two more heat races carried out, with one being in the morning and one following the lunch break.
Fynn Osborne (group B) started heat one from grid position seven after losing multiple positions at the start, Fynn had an excellent drive carrying out lots of passing to get himself back to 9th position. Heat three saw Osborne lose numerous spots throughout the race which cost him track position, but he did show good pace setting a lap time of 53.020, and the fastest lap of the race was 52.918. Fynn came home in 16th position.
Zac Stichbury (group B) who suffered from a DNF in yesterdays heat race showed good pace today, and in heat two this morning, Zac had his hand's full majority of the race which kept him busy. He finished heat 2 in 9th position. Heat three saw Zac get a great start moving himself up into 5th position, a few laps later he then moved himself up into third position, Lap 6 he made the pass for second position which is where Zac finished when the flag dropped.

I regret I must inform you that my good friend Garth Schlierike passed away Tuesday, Funeral will be held at Beth Shan, Georges Driver Napier on Monday. While it is very sad news it is in someways a relief to see him released from the jaws of Dementia, Garth spent a life time involved in Motorsport a legend in the Karting world in Hawks Bay and all over New Zealand, Karting became a Family obsession, Garth became involved with Formula First as a Driver with legendary Wet weather pace, He later became a Sponsor to me the Sabre Motorsport Team and the Speedsport Scholarship through His Napier Brake and Clutch Business. Our thoughts are with his Family at this sad Time. Rest in Peace my friend.
