30 laps long. Open to all senior drivers. The Johnny Harrison Memorial Senior Grand Prix will be contested at this June Club Day.
Kartsport Hawke’s Bay Club Championship Rules
The driver must be a member of Karsport Hawke’s Bay
The Club Championship Rounds will be run over the 8 months of February, March, April, May, June, July, September and October
The driver must participate in a minimum of 5 rounds to be eligible for the club championship awards
The driver is allowed to drop their worst performed round but they must participate in that round in order to be able to drop it
If the driver competes in all 8 rounds they will be awarded free entry to the November club day
Championship points for each round will be awarded by way of:
Trophies for each competing class will go down to 6th place
The race day format will be: 5 heats, drop your worst heat. 4 heats of predetermined grid draws. The number of laps are to be determined on the day, depending on class sizes and the time available.
Permission must be gained from the clerk of the course for lunchtime tuning runs. End of the race day runs are reserved for new karters or race day drivers wishing to test a new kart for purchase.
